About the event

EcoSikh Canada has launched as the official EcoSikh regional chapter in Canada to support the global Sikh initiative to plant 1 million trees worldwide.

Partnering with Forests Ontario and TRCA will provide strong ability to join forces and advance our mandate of actioning climate change awareness initiatives through partnership, education and service.

Guru Nanak Dev Ji is our founding Guru and taught followers of our faith to respect all of God's creations and provide humble service to humanity in every day life.

Sikhs believe in equality for every human being and treating each other with utmost respect. EcoSikh Canada follows our Guru's honour in supporting an initiative inclusive and of benefit the entire Canadian and World population.

Living within a sphere of righteousness in all actions and thinking brings us closer to each other and to God.
